**_RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES_**
1. Tuyển sinh
- Student Recruitment;_
- Tích cực tham gia các hoạt động tuyển sinh cho trường TNS: Chủ động xây dựng và tìm kiếm các khách hàng tiềm năng, chuyển hướng và tư vấn họ đăng ký vào trường;
- Actively promote recruitment to TNS: Proactively build and generate your own leads, pipeline and convert them into registered students;_
- Luôn duy trì chất lư

- Provide high quality and consistent performance to lead, coach and guide the Admissions team to achieve personal and the admission team’s target;_

- Develop and implement strategies, plans and tactics according to all personal sales databases_

- Arrange and administer on-line academic testing as appropriate;_

- Liaise closely with Teachers and Admin staff with regards to the smooth transition/induction of new families, and support arrangements for new starters;_

- Make sure the Admissions team provides high quality customer care and services to potential prospects, enquiries, as well as other internal and external stakeholders;_

- Bằng cấp liên quan với ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc qu
- n lý công tác tuyển sinh;
- A degree in relevant discipline with at least five years of experience in admissions management;_
- Kinh nghiệm tuyển sinh đối với c
- học sinh Việt Nam và học sinh nước ngoài tại các trường quốc tế/song ngữ;
- Proven experience in admissions with both Vietnamese and international students at international and/or bilingual schools;_
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đọc viết bằng tiếng Anh tốt;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English;_
- Có kỹ năng qu
- n lí đội nhóm tốt với kinh nghiệm trong việc qu
- n lí và phát triển nhân viên;
- Excellent people management skills with experience in managing and developing skills;_
