- Xây dựng chính sách, tài liệu hướng dẫn, thông tin chương trình bán hàng và các chiến dịch truyền thông phù hợp với đội ngũ Publisher, MGM, Cộng Tác Viên.
- Theo dõi chỉ số, đánh giá hiệu quả bán hàng qua kênh Thương mại điện tử, đề xuất các giải pháp cải thiện.
- Nghiên cứu tệp khách hàng mục tiêu, nghiên cứu sản phẩm, để đưa ra các đề xuất phát triển cho kênh Affiliate.
- Theo dõi và báo cáo hoạt động affiliate & co-marketing của đối thủ để triển khai các chương trình phù hợp với nền tảng thương mại điện tử.
- Đánh giá hiệu quả công việc của các thành viên trong team và có kế hoạch phân bổ công việc phù hợp.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của CEO.

Có khả năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, kết nối và xây dựng hệ thống.
Có kiến thức và hiểu biết về kinh doanh online.
