**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
**1) - Phân tích yêu cầu và thiết kế logic nghiệp vụ (70%)**- Phân tích GAP giữa yêu cầu và hiện trạng để đưa ra giải pháp phù hợp.- Phối hợp với System Architect/Solution Architect để thiết kế giải pháp công nghệ và nghiệp vụ.- Tài liệu hóa các yêu cầu dưới dạng PRD, workflow, user story, backlog, wireframe...- Đảm bảo truyền đạt yêu cầu rõ ràng, dễ hiểu tới đội ngũ phát triển.

**(2) - PO độc lập cho các sản phẩm của bộ phận (20%)**- Đóng vai trò Product Owner (PO) độc lập, chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các sản phẩm của bộ phận, từ định hướng đến phát triển và tối ưu hóa.

Làm việc với các stakeholder chính như:
- Product Manager: Phối hợp để đảm bảo sản phẩm phù hợp với tầm nhìn và chiến lược của công ty.- System Architect/Solution Architect: Phối hợp để hoàn thiện giải pháp công nghệ và nghiệp vụ.- Agile Team: Bao gồm Dev (FE, BE), Scrum Master,Designer, Tester... để triển khai phát triển sản phẩm.

Trách nhiệm chính:
- Quản lý Team Backlog (cấp độ chi tiết của Product Backlog).- Đảm bảo nghiệm thu kết quả làm việc của các sprint (thường 2 tuần/sprint).

**(3) - Các công việc khác (10%)**

Theo dõi tiến độ và giải quyết các vướng mắc trong quá trình phát triển.

Báo cáo tiến độ với Product Manager hoặc Business Owner.

Đóng góp ý kiến cải tiến quy trình làm việc và tham gia các cuộc họp nội bộ của team.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Khoa học Máy tính, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vai trò BA trong lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm hoặc triển khai giải pháp công nghệ.
- Có kinh nghiệm với Google Workspace hoặc Google Cloud Platform là lợi thế lớn.

Kỹ năng:
- Thành thạo trong việc phân tích yêu cầu, thiết kế quy trình nghiệp vụ và tài liệu hóa.- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp tốt với các nhóm liên quan (Product Manager, Dev, Architect...).
- Tiếng anh: Giao tiếp tốt.
