+ When compiling an IT Support job description, here is a selection of duties to include:
+ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
+ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
+ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
+ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
+ Setting up accounts for new users
+ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
+ Testing new technology
+ Possibly training more junior staff members

+ Good communication skills (English) to communicate with RHQ IT
+ Knowledge in Windows 10 OS
+ Basic knowledge in system & network troubleshooting
+ Experience in hardware
+ Bachelor of Computer Science/ computing/ engineering
+ Wiling to relocate
Also worth noting is the occasionally physical nature of the role as they may have to lift and carry heavy equipment.
