**Job Description**:
**Social Media**:

- Create communication materials (images and video)
- Assist in media and content creation as needed
- Assist in writing of social media content

**Internal Communication**:

- Create materials (POSM, digital banners, images and videos) to support internal communication across channels both online and offline
- Assist in content ideation and production to promote corporate image and engage associates at all level, in alignment with the Regional Team
- Prepare monthly newsletter preparation

**Events Coordination**:

- Provide assistance in internal & external event execution
- Assist in communication around event management including BEOs, timelines, calendars, reports, presentations, diagrams
- Assist with event logistics and onsite event management
- Capture engaging photos and/or videos to support internal & external events
- Support set up broadcasting equipment (sound and lighting)
- Manage live-stream operations
- Keep track of comments and engagements on livestream platform (OBS Studio)

**Qualifications**:

- No previous working experience required, although having experiences in content creation, social media management and/or event coordination is a plus.
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office / live-streaming platform
- ** Excellent in d**esign software: Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop (highly prioritized)**:

- ** Excellent in v**ideo editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects (highly prioritized)**:

- Essential familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
- Eyes for details
- Ability to work in multicultural teams
- Creative, proactive, independent
- Love Social media
- Familiar with operating digital camera, video equipment and systems
- Understanding of broadcasting and live video delivery systems
