- Operate the management system and ISO 17025;
- Manage and improve operations workflow, processes and resources, to ensure work effectiveness and efficiency in the laboratory;
- Develop and implement new testing method and regulatory requirements;
- Provide technical advice on new test capability development;
- Provide internal and external technical training if necessary;
- Understand and support client request / instruction on test requirement(s);
- Identify potential issues in the laboratory; analyze and provide timely resolution of technical problems;
- Review and approve têxtile test methods, SOPs, Wis, datasheets and LIMS set up;
- Review têxtile testing data and approve test report;
- Analyze and identify training goals and needs; design and deliver training;
- Conduct cross location technical audit to ensure the repeatability and reproducibility among labs;
- Support client audit if necessary;
- Budget planning
- Ad Hoc project assigned by Senior Lab Operations Manager

**Qualifications**
- Approval signatory is preferred, Textile / Material Engineer or Chemical Engineer or B.A degree in natural sciences
- ISO 17025 training certificate, internal auditor certificate is a must
- Lab safety, 5S, technical training, etc..
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025 and accreditations requirement;
- In-depth knowledge of têxtile apparel standards/requirements in various countries
- Good trouble shooting and supervision, leadership skills;
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Able to manage the test instrument such as Tensile strength, tearing strength machine, etc..
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites.
- At least 5 years management experience in têxtile testing laboratory operation.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Analytical mind and logical thinking;
- Strong technical knowledge.
