Main purpose of the position:

- Responsible for optimizing e-commerce operations through efficient order fulfillment, streamlined inventory management, and E-store management to enhance online visibility, ensure seamless operation and customer engagement.

Job responsibilities:

- E-fulfillment and Last Mile Management: Coordinate e-distributors, e-fulfillment partners, logistics team and manage operation performance to ensure timely order fulfillment, delivery processes and operational efficiency.
- E-Store Management: Set up, deploy e-store and manage e-store operation scorecard to enhance brand visibility and improve customer engagement by listing, updating product information and maintaining identity visuals and branding consistency across e-stores.
- Process and Inventory Management: Streamline inventory management, e-fullfillment procuredures and monitor product, GWP inventory to drive efficient inventory management and process efficiency.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operation performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization to enable continuous improvement and maximize effectiveness.
- Payment Process: Coordinate & reconcile documents for payment process with enablers and other Ecom related stakeholders.
- Stay updated of industry trends, market changes, and best practices to continuously optimize strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in similar role with proven experience in E-commerce operations, fulfillment, and e-store management
