**Position: Store Operation Consultant**

**Location**: District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

**Job Scope**:
The role focuses on managing the client's product portfolio pricing, promotions, discounts, and seller activities on e-commerce platforms. This involves working closely with the client’s e-commerce sales team, brand/marketing teams, and other relevant stakeholders to create a cohesive approach for pricing and promotional execution in both short
- and long-term strategies. Responsibilities also include managing product catalogs, content (e.g., images, enhanced content), and overseeing content performance on e-commerce channels. The role will also support digital asset management, including store banners and promotional campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and oversee ongoing portfolio pricing and promotions.
- Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to create deployment plans for pricing, promotions, and seller campaigns (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify and replicate best practices for sales growth.
- Define KPIs for pricing and promotional effectiveness, collaborating with analytics teams to assess reports and recommend adjustments.
- Execute product and promotional content updates using the client’s asset library, adapting as needed for local markets.
- Analyze content performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations for site and app optimization.
- Coordinate with local teams to prioritize and adjust site and promotional content requirements.
- Monitor content performance reports and identify key insights for improvement.
- Work closely with campaign, content management, and customer service teams to integrate findings into ongoing strategies.
- Address customer service queries and complaints, working with brands and partners on product details (e.g., ingredients, expiry dates).

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client interactions.
- Strong content analysis and data interpretation abilities.
- Proficient with content management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platform functions and content uploading processes.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business management or a quantitative/technical field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in digital commerce, e-commerce, digital sales, or related sales and marketing roles.
- Background in managing pricing, promotions, or trade/marketing activities for consumer-focused businesses.
- Experience managing CPA ads (e.g., Facebook, Google).
- Proficient in data analysis with tools like MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and e-commerce platform operations (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, Amazon).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Experience in consumer goods, durables, or related sectors is a plus.
- Knowledge of current digital commerce and marketing trends.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to client and team needs.
