**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Đề xuất chiến lược và kế hoạch xây dựng, phát triển kênh Tiktok.
- Quản trị và xây dựng phát triển kênh Youtube,Tik Tok.
- Lên ý tưởng concept - kịch bản quay - dựng, breif hình ảnh,. Cho các tuyến nội dung trên Tiktok.
- Đề xuất và làm việc với các KOLS phù hợp với định hướng thương hiệu và chiến dịch.
- Kiểm duyệt và kiểm soát chất lượng nội dung video theo các tiêu chuẩn phát triển.
- Chăm sóc kênh: Tương tác với người xem, promote cho video/kênh.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Media, Stylist, Design trong quá trình sản xuất nội dung.
- Các công việc khác liên quan theo sự chỉ đạo Trưởng bộ phận (tạo content QC trên nền tảng Tiktok, FB,..vv )

- Có kinh nghiệm sáng tạo nội dung video trên nền tảng tiktok
- Có khả năng xây dựng kịch bản video
- Có khả năng đứng trước ống kính, livestream
- Nắm bắt xu hướng giới trẻ, trendy
- Am hiểu về các hình thức Content, đặc biệt là viết kịch bản clip viral.
- Năng động, nhiệt tình, chịu được áp lực công việc cao.
- VUI TÍNH - HOẠT NGÔN - THÍCH ĂN MẶC ĐẸP, tâm hướng thiện, bên ngoài hướng ngoại
