**Job description**:
We are looking for a Merchant Implementation Executive to be part of our expanding team. Your main goal is to implement merchant integration, and support Service teams and Developer teams to resolve issues.

As a Merchant Implementation Executive, your responsibilities will be:

- Implement the Payment Gateway as well other Payment services to Merchant's system.
- Receive and follow issues (tickets) from Service teams or directly from merchants.
- Check logs to find the root cause and provide results to Developer teams to resolve the issue.
- Merchant onboarding (technical account management)
- Monitoring system.

**Your skills and experience**:

- General skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
- Good communication
- Speaking, Writing and Reading English is preferred.
- Strong understanding of support processes - handling tickets, monitoring, processes, and metrics.
- Ability to analyze and familiarize with complex systems.
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Technical skills:
- Experience with databases and using SQL to query data
- Experience with programming (basic level).
- Experience with Linux (basic level)
