**The role**

The Japanese Speaking BA will support the Business analyst (BA), Solution Architect (SA), Developer and Tester to write specification documents in Japanese:

- Requirement Specification
- Basic Design
- Detail Design
- Test Plan/Test Case
- Installation Guide
- User Guide

**What you'll bring**
- Having 3 years' experience real document writing in Japanese. It's preferable to have experience working for IT companies that use Japanese.
- Highly skilled persons with fluent in Japanese
- Ability to promote upstream processes (requirements definition/basic design) of huge-scale IT system by discussing with customers with the support of Japanese members.
- Highly fluent Japanese conversation & reading/writing skills are required in the above process.
- Having experience in writing Requirement Specification, Basic Design, Detail Design, Test Plan/Test Case, Installation Guide, User Guide.
- Motivation and logical understanding skills to quickly learn the requirement even if having no domain knowledge of energy field at first.
- Leadership that will be able to take the subsequent process back to Vietnam and lead it as offshore development.
- Knowledge and experience with Energy domain is a plus.
