**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
TJTECH is looking for** Senior Business Analyst** who is enthusiasm and passionate to work with new technology implementation. Clients of TJTECH are usually the “whale” investors of Asian financial market. They are looking to open financial asset and security exchanges in top financial markets of Asian region such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, etc.
- Learn and practice trending technologies of financial industry.
- Receive training on sophisticated tools for quality improvement of testing, reviewing and performance
- Work in a professional yet dynamic and youthful environment with Agile process. Employees will have the opportunity to interact with foreign customers during the projects.
- Working with veteran investors and traders across Asia which will give employees better knowledge and skills to make profit in financial market.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyzing and design for things relating to Information System (including data model, data integration).
- Analyze and reverse engineer the existing system to describe it in the requirement specifications that can be understood by the project team.
- Transfer Business requirements to the IT Division team or IT vendors.
- Ability to understand Core system modules and other related IT systems to play the first contact point of IT to support business users' requirements as well as other emerging issues.
- Act as the bridge between Business Unit and IT Division or IT vendors to clarify requirements with development team (developers, testers, UI designer) in both business and system analysis view, and facilitate communication among internal team members.
- Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements, CR, and implementation.
- Support UAT in testing, and verifying bugs/issues.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Experience Required**
- ** 2 - 3 years of experience as IT Business Analyst.**:

- **Fluency in English or Japanese (Reading and Writing Skills). Appropriate certificate is a huge plus.**:

- Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System
- Experience and Basic experience in programming languages
- Basic knowledge of database such as database schema and simple SQL query
- Ability to read and understand analytical and design documents
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
- General understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest to understand a broad range of business models and needs
- Have the ability to research, think logically, work independently or in groups, be agile, and keep attention to detail
- Determination and tenacity to commit to the end when solving issues
- Have high responsibility for work, desire to stick with the company for a long time.
