**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Manage hardcopy follow up: quotation comparison, contracts with related departments.
- Prepare PR/PO for Fin Department (taxi, consulting fee....) and common company purchase (house rent, telephone) + booking airfare, hotels for finance department when required.
- Manage and follow up admin task in bidding process ( meeting arrangement, follow up quotation as per deadline, create simple quotation comparison, initial check contract from vendor, follow up PO/contract hardcopy with vendor....)
- Isave input in the system.
- Premilary vendor check (follow up document such as business license, financial report..)
- Performing other tasks if any which are relevant to Finance department’s work as per request of line manager.
- Maintaining discipline and harmonious working environment within the Finance department.

Education: Graduated from University/College majoring in Economics, Trade and Foreign Language.
Good English reading skills.
Have good communication & negotiation skills.
To be responsible and capable of working independently and detail minded.
Good knowledge about Purchasing, sales admin/ purchasing experience at least 6 months.
