About you and this role - What you would do in this role

We are looking for a marketing manager with good cross functional leadership skills. In this role you will have the responsibility for both, strategic and tactical marketing, with a strong focus on growth and innovation in our Strategic Markets, including Consumer and Electronic in ASEAN region. The collaboration and coordination across functions, including sales, TS&D, R&D, communication, and product management as well as with your peers, key customers, distributors and relevant teams in the other geographies will be critical for success.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager in Dow Consumer Solution to lead 2 markets:
1. Pressure Sensitive Industry

2. Electronics and Si Elastomer market
- Perform market research and analyses to gain insights with regards to market and technology trends, customer needs and competition (landscape, offerings and capabilities).
- Identify and target attractive market opportunities and customer segments through compelling value propositions and effective business models to deliver them, including digital-enabled models.
- Development and creation of 5 years regional marketing strategy and yearly 4P plan.
- Manage regional innovation portfolio, develop sound business cases for innovation projects and the launch plans to ensure successful commercialization of new products globally.
- Lead regional marketing management team (MMT)meeting, drive the cross-functional team for effective 4P plan roll-out and implementation.
- Lead market initiatives including sustainability, digital, new business model, competitive analysis and deploy them into marketing projects and growth strategy.

Regional pricing strategy development, manage marketing floor price via working closely with product manager, define value based market price via working with commercial team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical, Engineering, or related industries or Marketing related majors.
- MBA background is a plus
- More than ten years of general working experience, a minimum of five years of prior experience in marketing roles, or commercial & product management roles.
- Industrial background in electronics, industrial, Tape & Film markets will be a big plus
- Project Management and Business Development experience will be desired.
- Strong team worker and builder across functions and geographies, effective influencer
- Strategic thinker, problem solver, result and action oriented
- Driven by sustainability topics and strong interest in digital customer engagement
- Customer and market orientation with strong bias towards value-add sales.
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
- Self-motivated, Taking Initiatives; High learning agility.
- Travel from 20 to 40%.
- Primary Location: Vietnam, ASEAN
