**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**OBJECTIVES**

Manage the Data Science Unit to design, prototype, and build models - which act as engines for all the use cases as well as maintains models including updates on monthly basis to support use cases_._

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Day To Day Activities**
- Build & manage data infrastructure with Scala/ Spark/ Python/ R.
- Come up with ideation & ensure that these models create value for business units (reduce cost & optimize revenue)
- Define complex technical design/ requirements for & implement use cases.
- Designing end-to-end analytics models, using Xgboost & Lightgbm
- Lead execution of overall departmental strategy in Data Science Unit; Mentoring and help develop technical competency of assigned team members.
- Be responsible for implementing and deploying scalable solutions; maintains models
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Head of Advanced Analytics Department.

**2. People Management**
- Be responsible for train business knowledge & technical (machine learning, programing language, data procesing
- Provide the team management with respect to their work, training, satisfaction level and technical/functional skills enhancement
- Enable separate teams for the functional specialization of the unit
- Be in charge of training & retaining high quality analytics talent and ensuring sustainable growth of the unit

**2. Planning/Budgeting**
- Support Head of AA Department in annual planning/budgeting for the unit
- Provide action plan to implement aligned with the overall strategy and agenda of the AA Department in term of Data Science

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Sciences, Finance)
- Master’s degree in business/economics is a plus
- 3-6 years’ experience in a statistical and/or data science role
- Project management experience of leading medium sized analytics team and created positive value through analytics
- Advanced in Xgboost & Lightgbm
- Expert understanding of: Spark, Tablue, Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive & SQL
- Expert in programing language: Python, Scala, R
- Expert in translating business cases to technical
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, statistics, optimization or related fields
- Having knowledge in finance/ banking is a plus
- Good communication skills, team-oriented; result-oriented.
