**Responsibilities Overview**:
The Online Sales Team Leader is responsible for developing the sales team, coordinating sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that enable the business to consistently meet and surpass its sales targets. This role involves working with customers, and team members to streamline and improve the sales process. Responsibilities include assigning sales territories, mentoring team members, providing sales training, handling full responsibilities for the team, and building sales plans. The Sales Team Leader will set goals, identify priorities, and eliminate redundant activities to increase sales.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Management**:

- Supervise and Train Team Members: Oversee, train, coach, and manage a team of 10 full-time and part-time sales team members. Ensure the team implements all sales policies and strategies to meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with policies of system usage, ensuring complete, accurate data - ensuring correct implementation and proposing solutions to optimize workflows and processes for efficiency gains.
- Oversee the overall functioning and performance of the sales team.
- Assign sales focus and tasks to team members.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet organizational objectives.
- Introduce new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs targeting key demographics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual development goals
- Develop and oversee the implementation of monthly sales plans.
- **Monitor and Analyze Sales Training**:

- Regularly review sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Ensure the sales team meets and exceeds growth and sales targets.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of team members to optimize performance.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and training to sales team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual development goal
- Develop and oversee the implementation of monthly sales plans.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and other teams to integrate proposed changes and improvements.
- Arrange schedules for the Online Sales team, performance management, and conflict resolution.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can lead a dynamic sales team towards achieving and exceeding the company's sales goals.
- The Sales Team Leader should be able to foster a positive and collaborative team environment while driving continuous improvement in sales performance
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities.
- Ability to mentor and train sales team members effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems.
- High level of organizational and planning skills.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good in English communications
