- The assessment the claim documents based on claim requirement of the claimant

Job Responsibilities:
- To make decision on the claim cases are quickly and exactly

- Support to claim assessor manager build Operating Manual, Internal guideline to build the assessment process is more efficiency and perfect.

- Support claim colleagues (investigators or administrators) in some certain situation (reading original medical record at the hospital, field assessment of disability, mentor for administrators ) and support underwriting section when increasing volume of NBUW (month-end, contest )

- Co-operate: with claim investigator in claimant/customer interview in some certain situation and to build up internal guideline, and claim guide

Job Requirements:
**Qualifications**:
_/ Bằng cấp_
- _ Mandatory:_ Universit graduated of Medical, pharmaceutical or economic
(Tốt nghiệp đại học y, dược hoặc kinh tế)
- _ Advantage:_ medical (tốt nghiệp y khoa là lợi thế)
Experiences:
- _ Mandatory:_ at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, the hospitals
- (Ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm, hoặc bệnh viện)_
- _ Advantage:_ work at the hospitals
- (ưu tiên cho kinh nghiệm đã làm việc bệnh viện)_
Knowledge and skill set:
- English skills: at leat is reading, writing (Tiếng Anh: ít nhất đọc viết, nói tốt tiếng Anh là lợi thế)
- Microsoft office: word, excel, powerpoint (Vi tính văn phòng)
- Good communication skills, Problem solving skills, telephone skills and team work (kỹ năng giao tiếp, kết thúc vấn đề, gọi điện thoại và làm việc nhóm)
