- Monitor daily activities at the restaurant.
- Giám sát hoạt động hàng ngày tại nhà hàng_
- Participate in department meetings.
- Tham gia các cuộc họp của bộ phận_
- Help ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures.
- Giúp đảm bảo tuân thủ tất cả các chính sách, tiêu chuẩn và quy trình của nhà hàng_
- Supervise the service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with the law.
- Giám sát việc phục vụ đồ uống có cồn theo quy định của pháp luật_
- Supporting business activities to ensure sales goals.
- Hỗ trợ hoạt động kinh doanh đảm bảo mục tiêu doanh số_
- Monitor employee levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial goals are met.
- Giám sát mức độ nhân viên để đảm bảo rằng dịch vụ khách hàng, nhu cầu hoạt động và mục tiêu tài chính được đáp ứng_
- Handling guest issues and complaints, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.
- Xử lý các vấn đề, khiếu nại của khách, tìm kiếm sự hỗ trợ từ cấp trên khi cần thiết_
- Support to review the comment card and guest satisfaction results with the staff.
- Hỗ trợ xem lại phiếu nhận xét và kết quả hài lòng của khách với nhân viên_
- Manage the work of employees within the assigned scope
- Quản lý công việc của nhân viên trong phạm vi được giao_

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

- Salary of 8 - 12 million/month
- Lương 8 - 12 triệu/tháng_

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 1 year experience in restaurant management
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý nhà hàng_
- Good experience in customer care
- Có kinh nghiệm chăm sóc khách hàng tốt_
- Capable leadership
- Có năng lực lãnh đạo_
- Good at English
- Giỏi tiếng Anh_
