- Assist in preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control and food
- Hỗ trợ lập báo cáo cuối ca/tuần, bao gồm kiểm soát nhân viên, kiểm soát thực phẩm_

⁻ Assist in creating and executing plans for staff development
- Hỗ trợ lập và thực hiện các kế hoạch về phát triển nhân viên của bộ phận_

⁻ Assist in monitoring inventory control and conducting bi-monthly stock take
- Hỗ trợ giám sát các vấn đề về hàng tồn kho và kiểm kê hai tháng một lần_

⁻ Assist in handling disciplinary issues, conducting Annual review and confirmation of staff
- Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề kỷ luật, thực hiện đánh giá và xác nhận nhân viên hàng năm_

⁻ Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Điều phối toàn bộ hoạt động của nhà hàng trong ca làm việc theo lịch trình_

⁻ Respond to customer complaints. Ensure positive customer service in all areas, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers
- Trả lời khiếu nại của khách hàng. Đảm bảo dịch vụ khách hang luôn được tích cực trong mọi tình huống, giao tiếp và cư xử phù hợp để có thể thuyết phục những khách hàng không hài lòng thành khách hàng sẽ quay lại nhà hàng_

⁻ Ensure that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards
- Đảm bảo rằng tất cả nhân viên tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn về đồng phục của công ty_

⁻ Meet and greet customers and organise table reservations
- Gặp gỡ, chào đón khách hàng và sắp xếp đặt bàn_

⁻ Advise customers on menu and beverage choice
- Tư vấn khách hàng lựa chọn thực đơn và đồ uống_

⁻ Conduct orientation and training & coach new trainees
- Tiến hành định hướng và đào tạo & huấn luyện nhân viên mới_

⁻ Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties
- Lập kế hoạch phân công nhiệm vụ của nhân viên và dọn dẹp_
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Duy trì các tiêu chuẩn cao về kiểm soát chất lượng, vệ sinh, sức khỏe và an toàn_

- Salary of 14 - 16 million/month

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with 1 years in a managerial role
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan với 1.5 năm ở vị trí quản lý_
- Have good product knowledge on food items
- Có kiến thức tốt về các mặt hàng thực phẩm_
- Knowledge of inventory management would be an added advantage
- Kiến thức về quản lý hàng tồn kho sẽ là một lợi thế_
- Ứng viên phải có kiến thức cơ bản về_ vi tính_
- Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
- Ý thức nghiêm ngặt về các tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh và an toàn_
- Ứng viên phải thông thạo tiếng Anh_ _để giao tiếp và giới thiệu các món trong thực đơn cho khách hàng_
