**Key Activities / Accountabilities**
**1. **Record to Report (RTR)
- Operating Lease reports: prepare Monthly ASC 842 Disclosures report; Quarterly Non
- Facility Lease/ Facility operating and Finance Lease commitments report.
- Balance sheet (BS) accounts reconciliation: perform soft reconciliation for the Tax accounts; review the reconciliation of Tax accounts once Business partner outsourcing (BPO) completed their reconciliation in ARCS system.
- Fixed asset supporting for any queries on Local GAAP reporting requirements.
- Month-end closing: Prepare the relevant tax journal entries for BPO post into Accounting system; review DTA (Deferred Tax asset) journal entries for adjustment if any.
- Provide significant variance explanation on tax accounts or significant BS Flux explanation (if any)
- Review and maintain VN chart of account (COA) mapping. Coordinate with the stakeholders for any issues regarding to VN COA and Statutory Ledger mapping to get it fixed to ensure Statutory Ledger is compliance with Vietnamese Accounting standards (VAS)
- Review the statutory journal entries and prepare an adjustment/ a reclassify entries to ensure compliance with local GAAP.
- Perform statutory account reconciliation. Be responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of preparation of the statutory general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany accounts under local GAAP.
- Perform a reconciliation between Primary Ledger (US GAAP) and Statutory Ledger (Local GAAP). Identify any gaps, investigate and raise a concern/ log a ticket to get the Stakeholders involved to settle it as needed.
- Perform month end/ year end closing for Statutory Ledger. Support BPO/ Regional Centre of Excellence (COE) on month end closing activities.
- Manage preparation of all statutory reporting as well as the relevant compliance documentation
- Perform US GAAP reconciliation against with Local GAAP
- Engage with the Finance controller on potential issues concerning compliance requirements.
- Coordinate communication among local end users, BPO and Regional COE team for any issues related to RTR activities.
- Yearly audit adjustment entries handling (if any). Review Audited Financial Statement report prior to submission for an approval.
- Prepare data, documents and clarification for any queries to internal, external and tax audits.
- Prepare/ Submit VAT, CIT, WHT Return to Tax department as regulations

**2.**
**Purchase to pay (PTP)**
- Handling AP related to questions and requirement from internal/ external auditors.
- Archiving AP related documents (Vendor invoices, employee expense reports)
- AP balance confirmation for auditing purpose.
- Manage preparation of all statutory compliance documentation for Purchase to pay.
- Support BPO/ Regional COE to investigate and settle the issues relating to invoice validation, bank payments
- Coordinate communication among local end users, BPO and Regional COE team for any issues related to PTP activities
- Respond any queries relating to PTP processes/ FFPM from cross Functions (if any).
- Engage with the Finance controller on potential issues concerning compliance requirements.

**3.**
**Others**
- Support Regional treasury team on local treasury activities (if any).
- Initiate Desktop Procedures for Taxes/ Statutory reporting and update whenever required and actively seeks for improvements
- Identify and present the solutions for process improvements.
- Project & Contract management.
- Being backup role for other Colleagues to ensure reporting information continuity
- Other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time

**Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates
- Bachelor’s Degree (major in Accounting/Finance/Economy)
- Extensive knowledges of General Accepted Accounting principles (GAAP), Taxes.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English

**Preferred Experience and Knowledge**
- At least 5 years experiences in accounting related filed, specifically in the development and implementation of accounting principles and procedures.
- Working experience in Express & Transportation service field is preferable.
- Knowledge & experience of common accounting software. Proficient in Oracle Cloud preferred
