**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 20 - 40 triệu VNĐ)
- Xây dựng/ điều chỉnh, triển khai các quy trình quản lý sản xuất trong đơn vị.
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn quy trình cho đội dự án, nhân viên mới, đào tạo theo định kỳ.
- Xây dựng hệ thống báo cáo quản trị nội bộ
- Kiểm tra việc tuân thủ, thực thi quy trình của đơn vị và của các dự án trong trung tâm.
- Kiểm duyệt sản phẩm phần mềm trước khi bàn giao cho khách hàng. Tiếp nhận, theo dõi phản hồi của khách hàng.
- Thực hiện cải tiến, tối ưu quy trình.
- Theo dõi, giám sát tình trạng dự án, đưa ra các cảnh báo về rủi ro, vấn đề cho đội dự án.
- Lập báo cáo định kỳ về tình trạng dự án ( Tiến độ, chất lượng, rủi ro, vấn đề ) cho trưởng bộ phận và ban giám đốc
- Theo dõi, đánh giá các chỉ tiêu về sản phẩm dịch vụ: KPI, SLA,

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức lương: 20 - 40 triệu + KPI tháng/quý/năm + phúc lợi Lễ tết;
- Đóng bảo hiểm đầy đủ, nghỉ 12 ngày phép năm, các ngày Lễ, Tết theo quy định Nhà nước;
- Nghỉ sinh nhật cá nhân 01 ngày hưởng nguyên lương;
- Xét thưởng và xét tăng lương 2 lần/ năm;
- Cơ chế lương 3 vòng thu nhập, có thưởng KPI tháng và KPI năm. Công thức lương gói thu nhập năm (Trung bình thu nhập 14 - 15 tháng lương/năm);
- Được tham gia các khóa huấn luyện, đào tạo nâng cao kỹ năng, nghiệp vụ của CMC cũng như các hãng công nghệ lớn như Microsoft, IBM, Google
- Bảo hiểm chăm sóc sức khỏe Aon Care (điều trị nội trú và ngoại trú) dành cho nhân viên;
- Các ngày nghỉ lễ Tết theo quy định của nhà nước và có thưởng theo quy định của công ty.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, Hệ thống thông tin
- Trên 2 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí QA/PQA
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm tham gia đánh giá ISO 9001, 27001; CMMI
- Biết sử dụng các tool quản lí dự án (redmine, gitlab )
- Có hiểu biết về các mô hình phát triển phần mềm (Vmodel, Scrum ,..)
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và vận hành các quy trình theo Agile.
- Khả năng tổ chức, tư duy logic và phân tích
