- Lead and guide the creation of suitable group frameworks, policies, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring they comply with local regulations, align with local business strategies, and are suitable for the local operating environment.
- Stay informed about recent developments and business trends, collaborating with Head Office to integrate industry best practices into frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
- Regularly monitor and track Risk Appetite, addressing any breaches or changes to thresholds by reporting to management and implementing action plans.
- Supervise the daily operations of the department across all credit and risk areas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree required Lead risk areas: Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Advanced understanding of Equities products.
- Familiarity with implementing risk systems
- Proficient in both English and Vietnamese
