- Support the Chief Technology Officer in formulating and implementing the unit's strategy and operation plan in line with the division's operational orientation. Ensure the unit's strategy is always closely aligned with that of the Division and the Bank.
- Responsible for organizing the implementation, repair, operation and monitoring of technology infrastructure systems assigned in IB Division.
- Responsible for organizing support for users of the entire bank for technology services.
- Evaluate the system's responsiveness to have a basis for adjustment, propose upgrades and changes accordingly, and optimize the use of system resources.
- Monitor and control the investment in IT equipment provided to technology units and projects, comply with the procurement and asset management process.
- Organize and participate in directing the implementation of infrastructure and supporting technology projects.
- Management and quality control of outsourced services

- Identify risks of the unit in the process of operation, coordinate with relevant units to develop methods of measuring, assessing and minimizing risks.
