**1. **Job Expectations**
- As a Key Account Executive, the expectation of this position is to manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts to drive business growth and maximize client satisfaction.
- The role is expected to establish well-collaborating with internal departments to offer best-fit proposals and meet client demands timely and effectively.
- The Key Account Executive is expected to perform and achieve the sales target of KAM function and maintain a high level of client retention while acting as a primary point of contact for any issues and inquiries.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Receiving transfer account from Sales Department (for client on board), Solution Development (for service management).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Manage client’s expectations and business changes and ensure client’s requirements are met and delivered timely.
- Schedule client care calls and visits to clients when necessary.
- Handle inquiries and feedback from clients and coordinate with the internal department to resolve problems.
- Be responsible for company visits from key clients including but not limited to slide deck, presentations, organizing meetings and company tours, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of the visiting program.

**Account Development**
- Collect and analyze existing clients’ business challenges.
- Service pitching includes organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and understanding client's business & pain points to propose best-fit services/solutions to clients.
- Constantly update new technologies, service enhance; collecting client’s insights to improve service performance.

**Proposal and Contract Management**
- Work with internal departments to collect and fulfill the scope of requirements including cost, requirement input, technical proposal, and timeline to prepare a proposal to the client.
- Prepare documents for on boarding client including company profile, due diligent, company assessment/ rebidding for existing clients.
- Prepare contract including modifications or amendments (for existing client), new contract for new client upon receiving the approved quotation from the Sales department.
- Collect and prepare data for contract renewal and ensure compliance with company contractual terms.

**Market Information Update**
- Understand market information and update information relating to the company’s businesses (prices, programs, regulation, market news, technology trends.)

**Business Networking**
- Attend business networking events/workshops, events by Marketing Department.
- Coordinate with Marketing to maintain and develop business content.

**Other supporting task assigned by line manager.**

**Objective Key Results (OKRs)**
- Client Retention.
- Customer Satisfaction Rate.
- Target Revenue of KAM department

**3. Education & Experience Requirements**
- Education: Major relating to field of Business, Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Negotiation and presentation expertise.
- Customer service orientation and ability to address client’s concern.
- Stakeholders Management.
- Priority and time management are important to manage multiple account effectively.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills are necessary for navigating various business challenges and internal changes.
- Computer Knowledge with Office skill.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Good in Project Management Tools and Techniques is a plus.
