**Business Development Manager (Taste, Nutrition & Health), Vietnam**
As a Business Development Manager encompassing Taste, Nutrition & Health including Flavor portfolio, you will be responsible for driving business growth within these categories by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships and executing business strategies in line with Symrise strategies and competencies. You will be the point of contact for assigned accounts and collaborated with cross functional teams to deliver the best customer experience in line with market trends and competition to further develop the business continuity.

**The Position**:

- Responsible for supporting ASPAC HQ in achieving revenue target for assigned accounts, including developing account plan & strategy.
- Be the local contact point for assigned accounts including relationship-management, co-ordination of projects, samples & documents
- Monitor the status of the projects and coordinate well with project team
- Work with relevant stakeholders to coordinate completion & commercialization of customer requests.
- Prepare documents, presentations and statistics requested by Country Management team to support internal and external meetings
- Involve in preparation and revision of the sales budget and forecasts
- Coordination / Execution of customer visits / innovation days
- Identify new hotspots and high growth accounts beyond the assigned accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in business / Food Science / Marketing or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant industry like flavor, food ingredients with experience in Sales & Account Management.
- Possess good understanding of Flavor & Food Ingredients, FMCG companies manufacturing food.
- Proven record of customer expansion and development and as well as business target achievements.
- Team player with strong sense of coordination, entrepreneur-spirit & drive for excellence
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, self-starter personality and highly motivated with a strong teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
