Key Responsibilities

Ø Make material planning strategy to fulfill production schedule and customer demand based on JIT and control inventory at appropriate level.

Ø Allocating the demand and place purchase orders to each individual supplier.

Ø Maintain relationship with suppliers, build a lasting and meaningful relationship with suppliers and service providers in order to establish a positive, profitable and enduring collaboration, co-operation and contract negotiation.

Ø Collaborate with Boyd China factories (mainly PRDE and logistics team) to maintain relationship with customers, build a lasting and meaningful relationship with customers in order to ensure satisfaction and fidelity by providing accurate and friendly advice and support, by delivering quality products and services.

Ø Together with PRDE prepare and execute all transfer projects ensuring adherence with budget and schedule

Ø Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.

Ø Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

Proactively communicate with cross function team to streamline the supply chain process to maintain the service level.

**Requirements**:
Ø Gender: Female/ Male

Ø Education: University, faculty of Business Administration or related

Ø Experience: Having At least 03 years of working experience in Purchasing job

Ø Proficiency in English

Ø Preferred knowledge: Oracle

Ø Computer skills: Word, excel, power point, Internet

**Skills**

Ø Have good experience about implementation any Oracle System

Ø Pro-active and work carefully, be able to work under pressure

Ø Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively

Ø Making report skill and presentation skill; teamwork skill

Enthusiastic, willing to work overtime
