As a Marketing Specialist at Holistics, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape how we connect with our audience and showcase the value of what we’re building. From engaging social content to meaningful community interactions, you’ll play a key role in spreading the Holistics story to the world.

**What You’ll Be Doing & Learning**

Here’s how you’ll contribute and grow as a Marketing Specialist at Holistics:
**Content Planning, Execution & Distribution**
- Coordinate with our Product Managers to uncover stories and features worth sharing.
- Source content ideas from internal resources and polish them into engaging social posts.
- Create compelling narratives for newsletters, blog posts, and campaigns.
- Use Marketing tools like **Sendy, Buffer, Apollo** to distribute newsletters, and social media posts.

**Community Engagement**
- Work with the team to increase brand awareness and bring Holistics into meaningful industry conversations on Reddit and Slack.
- Build genuine connections with communities and potential users.

**Special Projects**
- Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams on initiatives to solve relevant problems.
- Help set up and optimize content distribution workflows for efficiency and scalability.

**Interview Process**
- **Round 1**: An interview with our Product Marketers (Short chat to introduce Holistics, our product, discuss to understand your skills and experiences).
- ‍**Round 2**: Do take-home assignment (offline - deadline 3 days, will be sent after Round 1)
- ‍**Round 3**: Final interview (Optional)
