MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to Director of Sales and Marketing and General Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment.
- Assist Director of Sales and Marketing to prepare annual Sales and Marketing Plan
- In conjunction with Revenue Manger, provide timely and relevant information on hotel trends, to enable the Executive Committee to make pro-active decisions to improve the profitability of the hotel.
- Analyze the activities of competitor hotels, including their customer base, with the aim of developing and securing new business and providing a market advantage.
- Assist Director of Sales and Marketing to participate in trade shows, conventions and promotional events, within the hotel, the industry and customer organizations.
- Management of all Sales and administration associates, ensuring they are working towards achieving the hotels revenue budget for the existing and future years.
- Manage personal accounts which assigned by Director of Sales and Marketing

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- BA/MBA degree in Sales/ Marketing/ Communications or business administration or a related field-Fluent English and Vietnamese (preferable other languages - Japanese, Korean,..)
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity (prefer)
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Good communication and customer contact skills
