1.Điều phối triển khai chiến dịch
- Nhận kế hoạch của Doanh nghiệp, tư vấn cách thức triển khai phù hợp và hiệu quả nhất
- Điều phối nguồn lực phù hợp để triển khai dự án
- Thực hiện brief cho các nguồn lực triển khai, đảm bảo tất cả bộ máy hiểu đúng yêu cầu và mong muốn của Doanh nghiệp
- Lập các công cụ kiểm soát chiến dịch, theo dõi tiến độ và check list đầy đủ đầu việc
- Theo dõi tiến độ triển khai, đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ của chiến dịch
- Là đầu mối quan trọng giữa Doanh nghiệp và đội ngũ triển khai chiến dịch nhằm đưa ra kết quả tốt nhất và hài lòng Doanh nghiệp
- Kiểm soát chất lượng truyền thông của toàn bộ các ấn phẩm truyền thông
- Linh hoạt xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình triển khai

2. Tư vấn dịch vụ
- Thường xuyên giao tiếp với KH để hiểu rõ nhu cầu
- Tư vấn thường xuyên cho khách hàng các công cụ marketing phù hợp và cách thức chạy hiệu quả.
- Theo dõi quá trình triển khai chiến dịch để đảm bảo hiệu quả cao nhất
- Tương tác, ghi nhận ý kiến khách hàng để hoàn thiện dịch vụ & sản phẩm của công ty

3. Tham gia các hoạt động phát triển của Bộ phận
- Đóng góp hiểu biết về Doanh nghiệp và nhu cầu của Doanh nghiệp trong mảng Corporate Branding cho đội ngũ nghiên cứu sản phẩm.
- Phối hợp thực hiện các hoạt động Trade Marketing: Hội thảo, training, Product Innovation

II. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

1. Kiến thức
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Truyền thông Marketing, Báo chí
- Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực PR/ Content Marketing

2. Kinh nghiệm
- Có kinh nghiệm 3 năm trở lên trong việc tư vấn, lập kế hoạch, giám sát triển khai các chiến dịch
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các Phòng truyền thông hoặc các PR agency là 1 lợi thế.

3. Kĩ năng
- Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề (Problem solving skills)
- Khả năng làm việc nhóm tốt
- Kỹ năng phân tích/ giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Khả năng tư duy logic & độc lập, có khả năng tổng hợp và phân tích
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình tốt, & khả năng bảo vệ quan điểm
- Sẵn sàng học hỏi và tích cực tiếp thu đóng góp từ người khác

III. QUYỀN LỢI ỨNG VIÊN

**Lương, thưởng**:

- Mức lương thương lượng theo năng lực dao động 12.000.000 - 15.000.000 + hiệu suất
- Thưởng quý, năm hấp dẫn theo đánh giá hiệu quả công việc và tình hình kinh doanh bao gồm:

- Thưởng đạt, vượt chỉ tiêu KPIs, OKRs, thưởng thành tích vượt trội, thưởng nóng
- Thưởng hiệu quả cuối năm theo hiệu quả công việc, kết quả kinh doanh và quy định công ty, thưởng thâm niên làm việc, thưởng tự khoe (thành tích cá nhân, bộ phận)
- Điều chỉnh lương linh hoạt theo kết quả công việc
