**Mission**:
The Ngay Dau Tien project is a non-profit project established in 2015 with the accompany of the Vietnam National Heart Association and the Vietnam Association of Diabetes and Endocrinology.

This project supports patients with the proper knowledge and necessary skill for hypertension and diabetes to manage their disease. The project is an Ecosystem with a series of activities throughout the patient journey. Among those activities, Ngay Dau Tien Corner with Fixed Model accounted for an important role.

Currently, this model is operating more than 40 counseling rooms across the country. Through nursing counseling at the fixed corner of hospitals, this service has been providing disease management solutions to all hospitals and helping them better manage Hypertension and Diabetes

**Main responsibilities**:

- Enhance the quality of the Ngay Dau Tien services by frequently visiting the Ngay Dau Tien Fixed Corner.
- Observe and coordinate with nurses to provide appropriate consultation for patients
- Instruct and ensure SOPs are implemented at every corner
- Follow up on the Ngay Dau Tien materials
- Support the Nurse Training program to ensure their competencies are well equipped.
- Support the Elfie Mass Launch Project
- Participate in the meeting and closely collaborate with Field Force, Marketing, CE, IS and other Departments
- Other tasks will be assigned by Project Manager of Ngay Dau Tien Project

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Public Health, Pharmacist or Doctor.
- Influence communication, and high collaboration.
- Project management, Planning & follow-up.
- Proactive, responsible, and integrity.
- Good communication in English is preferred.
- Good in digital marketing and data analysis are preferred.
- Travel provinces (base on schedule) is required
