We provide digital inspection, planning and maintenance solutions to our customers. We are currently expanding our BIM team for the digitalization of existing infrastructure. Our Vietnam subsidiary works closely with colleagues in France, Germany, Italy, the UK, US, Spain and other Socotec offices. For our office in Hanoi, we are looking immediately for a BIM Modeller MEP.

**Job Description**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITY**
- Create drawings from architecture models;
- Create Revit families for 2D/3D visualization ready to be connected to MEP disciplines (Advanced level);
- Create, update and revise BIM models and drawings throughout the project life cycle;
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings;
- Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning;
- Coordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent; 2-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools;
- Solid knowledge in Revit and Dynamo;
- Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environment, eg. Autodesk construction cloud;
- Good knowledge of English. Additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian ) are welcome;
- Must have exceptional attention to detail;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
