We provide digital inspection, planning and maintenance solutions to our customers. We are currently expanding our BIM team for the digitalization of existing infrastructure. Our Vietnam subsidiary works closely with colleagues in France, Germany, Italy, the UK, US, Spain and other Socotec offices. For our office in Hanoi, we are looking immediately for a BIM Modeller.

**Job Description**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITY**
- Create, update and revise BIM Models and Drawings throughout the project life cycle;
- Create BIM models and drawings based on laser scanner point clouds and other inputs;
- Create BIM deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication;
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models;
- Develop internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning;
- Coordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues;

**Qualifications**:
**REQUIREMENTS**

***:

- Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent;
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of English. Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian ) are welcome;
- Proven experience working with BIM software such as Revit, Sketchup, Archicad and others;
- Proven experience with working in Collaborative BIM platforms and in teams with different offices;
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as 3DSmax or similar;
- Work experience for international companies for infrastructure;
- Must have exceptional attention to detail;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities;
