PERSOLKELLY's Client - a respected Foreign Real Estate Developer - is seeking a Design Engineer who is well versed in Technical Design and BIM Coordinating.
- Check and review drawings of all phases (Basic Design, Technical Design, Engineering Design) for Design Coordination.
- Find any discrepancies and errors in drawings at the execution stage (Engineering Design) and collaborate with the main design consultant for high-quality drawings.
- In charge of 3D BIM management mainly for high-rise buildings. Including self-modeling and manage outsourcing BIM consultant companies.
- Support and manage tasks relating construction site: Review shop drawings, respond to Request for Information (RFIs) and submit the approval document to the decision maker.
- Prepare 3D Modeling Video for Architecture and Interior and 3D simulation of Construction Method Statement.
- Participation in meetings with relevant partners: client, supervisor, design consultant and project team members.
- Lead, or actively participate in preparing design proposals
- Review and seek alternative materials with the same specification, standard to save construction cost & time.
- Establish and revise the standard (procedure, instruction, manual) for construction design management.

- University Degree in related majors to construction and civil engineering field.
- Age from 25- 35
- At least 3 to 4 years of working experiences related to Design Engineering/BIM Department of reputable Main contractor or design consultant company or BIM service company in Viet Nam
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills: Auto CAD and relevant specialized Design/ BIM Softwares (Revit, SketchUp, Navisworks, Lumion, Enscape, 3DsMax,), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,)
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Good working attitude, a high level of independence, professionalism, initiative, responsibility and integrity.
