**Requirements**:
Essential:
❖ Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges (to win deals)
❖ Excellent presentation & communication skills (ice-breaking, storytelling, and conversation maintenance)
❖ Good negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills
❖ Hard-working and self-accountable
❖ At least 04 years’ experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record
❖ Solid experience in building and managing sales team
Desirable (Good to have):
❖ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in related position
❖ Background in IT industry is preferred
