Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team in Hai Phong, Vietnam. AHK provides services to the mining, metals, refining and recycling industries in a variety of capacities including auditing, supervision, sampling and analysis of metals and minerals derived from the previously mentioned practices.

To be successful at Alfred H Knight, you would need to display the following:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

**Essential**
- Ability to work under pressure, ensuring compliance with deadlines, establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with department staff and non-finance staff.
- Strong technical and analytical accounting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate financial data in a relevant and concise way both orally and in the development of written documents, reports and financial information.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, manage and prioritise workload to ensure all key deadlines are met.
- Ability to manage and develop direct report staff.
- Experienced in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Fully fluent in English and Vietnamese.

**Required Qualifications**
- Qualified CPA (or equivalent including CIMA/ACCA) accountant.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Applications.
- Knowledge of taxation laws in Vietnam.
- Experience in integrating a new finance software package.
- Experience in payroll.
