**A. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:

- 1. Policy and Document Management:_
- Take the lead in managing and reviewing the development, composition, and archiving of all documents related to credit risk management policies, as well as the origination and underwriting processes of products for both closed and live customers. Ensure that all documents are structured properly and meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Credit Risk Identification and Mitigation:

- Proactively identify and assess potential credit risks related to products for both closed and live customers. Offer insightful suggestions and solutions to mitigate these risks, ensuring that the bank’s lending activities remain safe and compliant with both internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- 2. Process Review:_
- Take responsibility for reviewing and consulting on the credit assessment processes and product regulations for closed and live customers. Ensure that all selling practices are aligned with company policies and risk management strategies. Make recommendations for improvements where necessary to optimize the overall lending process.
- 3. Document Accuracy and Review:_
- Review all documents composed by the team to ensure their suitability, validity, and accuracy. Provide constructive feedback to improve document quality and reduce errors, ensuring consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- 4. System Deployment and Integration:_
- Lead the deployment and integration of systems related to credit risk management and underwriting processes. This includes ensuring that the systems are correctly configured to manage the credit risk of closed and live customer products, and integrating them seamlessly with other operational platforms. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT teams to ensure systems meet the required specifications.
- 5. Collaboration and Reporting:_
- Regularly report findings, updates, and recommendations to senior management or the Unit Head. Collaborate with other departments, including Legal and Risk teams, to ensure that policies and practices are in line with broader organizational goals.
- 6. Other Duties as Assigned:_
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Unit Head, including the implementation of new policies or procedures, monitoring of existing policies, and participating in various cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall credit risk management and system functionality.

**B. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in Credit Policy, Credit Underwriting, or credit quality control.
- Strong understanding of credit risk policies and processes, with a deep knowledge of consumer lending activities and products for both closed and live customers.
- Experience with system deployment and integration, especially related to credit risk management and underwriting systems.
