- Optimize the risk-return tradeoff for acquisitions.
- Continually enhance underwriting decisions by incorporating new data, new capabilities, new techniques, and changing factors.
- Track developments in the marketplace to understand industry best practices.
- Continuously monitor new loan account performance in association with Credit scorecard team in conducting deep-dive analyses to explore areas of opportunity, and implement credit controls to address potential/emerging risks.
- Collaborate across Risk Management to align strategies across the customer lifecycle
- Partner with Risk Products & Data Strategy Team and IT to build and/or refine underwriting capabilities, including Movi based Underwriting and verification tools.
- Partner closely with Decision/Scorecard, Fraud, Operations and Customer Management teams to evaluate new data sources, track performance in new-to-credit segments, and ensure profitability. - Closely supervise and manage the efficiency of risk governance, underwriting policy for all the products implemented
- Cooperate with Risk & Product to propose the improvement/ corrective action plan on the underwriting policy, data acquisition strategy and product features
- Prepare the test scenarios, also to recommend the improvement of Risk decision engine.
- Undertake tasks assigned by the Senior Manager of the department

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience with a FIs, Fintech, Micro-finance, specialising in Credit risk management
- Expertise in underwriting or another core credit risk management function.
- Deep understanding of micro-finance lending and sub-prime lending and wider knowledge of the payments industry.
- Externally focused and aware of the latest technology and market trends in payment, credit trends, credit behavior and external development in the lending industry
- Clear, effective written and oral communication skills.
- Strong collaborative/interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment with strong attention to detail.
