Mô tả công việc
- Chuẩn bị, chế biến và lưu trữ các món ăn
- Chuẩn bị trước nguyên liệu, dụng cụ cần thiết để đảm bảo cung cấp dịch vụ cần thiết cho khách hàng
- Chịu trách nhiệm hướng dẫn, đào tạo Nhân viên Bếp/ Phụ bếp
- Tham dự các buổi họp giao ban hàng ngày và các buổi họp khác theo lịch đã được phân công
- Tham dự các khóa đào tạo theo lịch đã được phân công
- Đảm bảo vệ sinh khu vực làm việc
- Chấp hành các nội quy, quy định của khách sạn liên quan đến:

- Nội quy, quy định nội bộ
- An toàn nơi làm việc
- Diện mạo vệ sinh cá nhân
- Chất lương món ăn
- An toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm
- Giao tiếp lịch sự và thể hiện sự trân trọng với khách hàng và đồng nghiệp
- Các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý
