Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials and components. Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with Helinox&039;s quality requirements.
Quality Management Systems: Establish and maintain robust quality management systems to monitor and improve product quality throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design and development to manufacturing and distribution.

Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment; written and spoken fluency in English and Vietnamese required. Korean language skills are a plus.
Strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and product safety.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
Minimum of 8- 10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the outdoor industry or related manufacturing sectors, including team leadership experience.
