Overview

Develop and manage to implement the company''s financial policies, programs and guidelines in line with the overall strategic orientation of the Company and the Group.

Formulate and develop short-term, medium
- term and long-term financial strategies to ensure the effectiveness of capital sources for investment and business activities, profit maximization, preservation and growth capital.

Responsibility

Formulate and complete the long-term, medium-term and annual financial goals of the Company and the Group.

Develop and implement annual financial plans, capital access and use plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.

Develop contingency plans, forecast potentials & risks of financial resources for each short - term, medium - term and long-term period in order to provide optimal solutions, promptly overcome consequences and minimize risks for problems that arise.

Build and develop the apparatus, policy system, financial accounting regulations, financial reporting mechanism, tax report, management report in order to control the compliance with accounting standards and regimes. accounting and maintaining financial and accounting activities in accordance with the provisions of law.

Analyze, appraise and evaluate the financial efficiency of short-term and long-term investment projects in order to ensure the efficiency of capital sources for business, investment and profit maximization.

Direct and manage the capital raising, budgeting and financial forecasting process for the Company and the Group.

Monitor, manage, analyze, forecast and balance cash flow to ensure sufficient capital for business activities and efficient capital allocation.

Conduct fundamental analysis to assess the company''s position in comparison to the business sector and development trends of product lines in order to propose measures to improve operational efficiency in expanding market share.

Participate in planning the ownership structure model of the Member Companies to ensure the added value and effective operation of the Group.

Coordinate the financial and accounting work of the Group to ensure that the financial capacity and assets of member companies are effectively used.

Maintain and secure data in accounting software and fully exploit the functions of accounting software to increase work efficiency.

Regularly check, control and supervise the entire work of the Division to promptly solve problems and difficulties, ensure the implementation of tasks of the Division and each member achieve the highest efficiency.

Training and developing staff in order to build a contingent of successors capable of implementing the Company''s business development strategy.

Perform a number of other professional tasks as assigned by the Group CEO.

Relationship

All subsidiaries and other related parties.

Relevant departments in approving the project.

Jurisdiction and Obligation

**1. Jurisdiction**:
Decide on professional issues as authorized by the Company.

Assign personnel and tasks of departments under the Division.

Assign, manage subordinate personnel, propose rewards, discipline, recruit and fire subordinate employees.

Permission to request other cross-functional departments to support and collaborate if they are working on the relevant tasks or projects.

Participate in training, coaching, and employee development program according to Company training policy.

**2. Obligation**:
Complete the functional tasks of the block and the assigned tasks according to the Decisions/Meeting Minutes, etc.

Comply with regulations, operating procedures, and a table describing the scope of work of the block.

Comply with the regulations, operating procedures of the Company and the process and provisions of the current Labor Law.

Preserve the image of the company as a representative of the company when working with the outside.

**Qualification**:
Graduated from university majoring in finance/banking/economics.

Having ACCA/CPA/CFA certifications is a plus.

**Working experience**:
Having 15 years of experience in finance and accounting and at least 5 years in similar positions such as Finance Manager, Chief Financial Officer from large-scale companies.

Prioritize working in real estate and hotel industry.

**Expertise**:
Experience in investment, appraisal and asset management is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of financial compliance standards, Vietnamese and international accounting standards.

General knowledge of human resource management (managing people, developing relationships), knowledge of team leadership and coordination of work and resources.

**Other Requirements and Skills**:
Having vision, strategic thinking, business acumen.
