**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:
As an **Engineering Manager**, you responsibility would be (and not limited to):

- Collaborate with Product Manager & cross-functional team to determine the product roadmap that aligns with the Mantu Group strategies
- Take full responsibility on team/project delivery, define and make sure team output meet the KPI of quality
- Coach, develop, and grow your direct reports, build a strong culture of cooperation, quality, handle conflicts well and help build consensus (team size ~10 engineers)
- To motivate and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- To identify and address potential problems or issues before they become major obstacles.
- To identify and implement process improvements to help the team work more efficiently and effectively
- Do performance review for your direct reports.
- Support recruit high-quality engineer for the team.
- Write and maintain internal documentation with the technical lead and Solution Architecture, Code review.
- Hand-on in company activities (Innovation day, Team building, Volunteer day...)
- Bachelor in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 5+ years professional software development experience
- 2+ years of experience leading an engineering team
- Hands on experience working on web-based project (having ERP experience is big plus)
- Practical experience in **.NET core, ASP.net, C#, Microsoft Azure**:

- Strong knowledge in software analysis, architecture design, modelling and details design
- Experience in people management and technical development.
- A passion for communication and collaboration, love to work with people
- Experience implementing engineering processes that follows Scrum or other Agile mindset.
- English working proficiency
