**SwipeRx**, formerly mClinica, is the largest network of pharmacies in Southeast Asia connecting over 235,000 pharmacy professionals from 45,000 pharmacies. SwipeRx pioneered the community-driven commerce model that unites the fragmented pharmacy channel on a single platform enabling them to access all the information, education and medicines they need. From online education, to centralized purchasing and logistics, to financing, SwipeRx caters to the unique and pressing needs of pharmacies, a critical public health channel.

To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a **Senior Pharmacy Community Executive**. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic researcher who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all SwipeRx online activities to build the foundation for our platform,
SwipeRx, to succeed in Viet Nam
- Identify and negotiate with key opinion leaders who are influential among pharmacists to
grow the network and increase in-app engagement
- Build partnerships with pharmacy Universities and accreditation partners
- Create content that resonates with pharmacy professionals based on your understanding
of the pharmaceutical landscape, pain points, and opportunities for retail pharmacy
professionals
- Develop and execute tactical engagement with our Marketing and Creative teams in
executing campaigns geared for community growth.
- Serve as a SwipeRx champion by actively engaging with users through online forums, and
serving as event/webinar MC as requested
- Continuously improve our user experience, create an engaged community in SwipeRx and
facilitate growth of our business
- Ability to work independently against weekly priorities, to achieve results.
- Analytically driven to self0track key performance metrics on a consistent basis, raise
challenges for discussion with supervisor and find solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Pharmacist with experience working in a retail pharmacy and who has strong marketing
background on designing online campaign strategies.
- Has experience as a community leader or moderating online forums with pharmacists
- Strong knowledge on all things digital and social and ability to curate digital content
relevant to pharmacy professionals using a variety of Vietnamese-sources
- Relationships with Pharmacy University lecturers and Pharmacy Association/s needed.
- Good English writing/verbal skills.
- Self-driven, able to turn projects around quickly, flexible to changes, solution oriented.
- Passionate about strengthening retail pharmacy operations and capacity, understands the
user experience.
- Excited by time spent in pharmacies learning about day-to-day challenges and solutions,
and able to translate those learnings into improved SwipeRx user experience.
