DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Manage and drive enhancement projects in Seller Fulfillment.
- Be able to detect our operational problems and then to drive solutions to solve them.
- Be able to work with other departments such as BI, Logistics, CS, Product and other functions to understand operational pain points.
- Drive projects to optimize our policies, daily activities, SOP in order to bring better fulfillment experience to our sellers.
- Develop reports/ proposals to Management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in ecommerce, logistics or business/management consulting is a plus.
- Strong project management: Actively and effectively manage timeline and stakeholders to ensure projects moving as planned.
- Self-drive: Independently think and work with limited guidance/supervision
- Strong in problem-solving and data analysis
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in leading people and teams.
