ABOUT THE JOB

You will be responsible for supporting the corresponding Sub Domains as the lead analyst and will work directly for the PMO Lead and PMO Manager on a larger-scale organisational-wide program. The range of initiatives will span from a single project within a line of business in a single region through to working across lines of business across multi-regions and in a complex stakeholder environment. The role will also include uplifting of Delivery standards across the Program.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Financial Management - Ensure financial forecasting and actualisation of multiple workbooks and month end position and updating of all required systems (Clarity, SAP etc)
- Project Reporting Management - Work with the Delivery Owner and PM to ensure reporting is correctly submitted each month.
- Support Project Integration Management - Ensure that project planning, execution and control are properly integrated.
- Cost Management - Monitor financials to ensure achievement and accurate capture of planned project costs and benefits.
- Benefits Management - Support Delivery Owner and PM in Facilitating delivery of the business outcomes and to enable the project sponsor to realise return on investment.
- Knowledge Management - Support Delivery Owner and PM to ensure they adhere and contribute to knowledge management objectives and processes. Ensure knowledge harvesting occurs at all appropriate phases of the project.
- Time Management - Develop and maintain project resource and work plans. Monitor project plans to reflect project progress, change and issues resolutions.
- Resource Management - Acquire and manage project resources.
- Maintain a good understanding of international best practice, industry trends and directions in both business and technology, and an awareness of global developments.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4-6 years in experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail, strong Financials management skills.
- Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge.
- Ability to effectively manage competing work priorities, excellent time management skills
- Strong all round project management experience
- Strong stakeholder and engagement experience
- Strong analytical skills, ability to draw insights and provide recommendations
- A solid understanding in project management methodologies, tools and processes across the project lifecycle, in particular the Project Management Body of Knowledge.
- Advanced and confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior business and technology management
- Proven management abilities
- Proven ability to lead, coach people to achieve successful outcomes
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Enthusiastic and energetic problem solver to join an ambitious team
- Knowledge/expertise in managing finance cost centres/project budgets
- Knowledge/expertise in managing resource/capacity management tools
- Tertiary degree in Finance, Banking or Accounting from a recognised institution is preferred.
