**Assist the HR department in the following areas**:
**1. Recruitment**:

- Write and post articles on recruitment channels
- Support CV screening
- Coordinate interview schedule

2. Administration
- Sort, classify and ask for signatures of departments according to instructions
- Greet and assist guests in person and over the phone
- Organize weekly message board
- Prepare data for relevant HR reports

**3. Training**:

- Set up and prepare training classes as required
- Print documents, schedule training sessions

4. Culture and employer branding
- Assist in the preparation of newsletters
- Support the organization of cultural events, birthdays
