ABOUT THE JOB

This role supports and at times may lead initiatives as part of our Service Management Platform service model to improve the customer and colleague experience and delivery of productivity targets.
- Development on the NAB's ServiceNow platform, working with a team accountable for the operational capability and the project uplifts to keep the platform current and to integrate other technologies into the platform.
- Roles are accountable for development and build on the ServiceNow platform in one or more of the following areas:
oITOM

oITSM

oIntegration

oService Request/Catalogue

oAsset Management

oHR

oSIR

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with developers, product and process owners to meet NAB's evolving requirements and to manage hotfixes, patches and feature releases successfully into production.
- Implement and maintain integrations in ServiceNow to support NAB's 'Always On' strategy. The successful applicant will work closely with Service Owners and product and process owners to maximize value and to ensure that NAB requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
- The person in this role will support an ongoing process of improvement and consolidation working closely with NAB vendors and NAB teams to deliver a simple and exceptional self-service experience for our consumers.
- Delivery of sustainable improvement solutions and benefits for our customers that meet stakeholder expectations, whilst living the NAB values and behaviors.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with priorities and delivery of prioritized backlogs
- Demonstrated evidence of applied learnings from retrospectives and showcases
