**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 10 - 13 triệu VNĐ)
a. Hành chính: 40%
- Phụ trách đề xuất & mua sắm: thiết bị máy móc, dụng cụ làm việc, văn phòng phẩm,... kiểm kê cơ sở vật chất nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động cho các phòng ban.
- Giám sát việc dọn vệ sinh, trang trí nơi làm việc của các phòng ban nhằm đảm bảo hình ảnh của doanh nghiệp.
- Soạn thảo & lưu trữ các văn bản, hợp đồng, tài liệu, biểu mẫu, quy trình, quy định liên quan đến phòng hành chính nhân sự.
- Giám sát các phòng ban thực hiện về nội quy - quy định của công ty và giải đáp thắc mắc, khiếu nại liên quan.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban thực hiện các công tác tuyển dụng - đào tạo, điều phối không gian làm việc, máy tính và thiết bị làm việc cho nhân viên mới với bộ phận IT.
- Thực hiện các công việc hậu cần: chuẩn bị phòng họp, phòng phỏng vấn, đặt vé máy bay, đặt phòng cho các chuyến công tác, hoặc đón tiếp đối tác của công ty,...

b. Nhân sự: 60%
- Chịu trách nhiệm chấm công, quản lý hoạt động công đoàn, bảo hiểm xã hội và các công tác liên quan đến task nhân sự nội bộ (quy mô công ty 50 nhân viên).
- Trực tiếp tổ chức các sự kiện công ty: Company trip, Team building, YEP, khám sức khỏe định kỳ,...
- Duy trì hoạt động tại chăm sóc sức khỏe tinh thần nhân viên tại văn phòng: trà, nước, cafe, bánh kẹo, teabreak,... tại khu vực pantry.
- Thực hiện các thủ tục liên quan đến lao động như: báo cáo lao động định kỳ, báo cáo tình hình nhân sự theo quý và xây dựng các quy trình/biểu mẫu liên quan đến quản lý nhân sự nội bộ.
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý.

- Có khu nghỉ ngơivà khu ăn uốngriêng biệt vào giờ nghỉ ca.
- Môi trường làm việc trẻ, năng động, thân thiện, hòa đồng với các phòng ban và hơn 40 nhân sự.
- Lương thưởng xứng đáng với năng lực. đánh giá công bằng, khả năng thăng tiến trong công việc.

- Loại hình làm việc: Full-time.

- Thời gian làm việc:07:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Thứ 2 - Thứ 6).

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu cơ bản.
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí hành chính nhân sự, chuyên viên nhân sự, hoặc các vị trí tương đương.
- Nắm vững nghiệp vụ về chấm công, BHXH, công đoàn và các quy trình quản lý nhân sự (bắt buộc).
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên đã từng làm việc cho công ty dịch vụ có quy mô > 50 nhân viên.
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và chủ động xử lý công việc phát sinh.
- Khả năng quan sát, trung thực và cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ trong công việc và báo cáo công việc rõ ràng với quản lý.
- Nhanh nhẹn, vui vẻ, nhiệt tình trong công việc và luôn làm việc với tinh thần cầu tiến, tích cực.
- Ưu tiên các bạn hướng ngoại, giao tiếp tốt, năng động để có thể tổ chức các event vui nhộn cho toàn công ty (độ tuổi từ 1995 - 2000).
- Ưu tiên các bạn có thể phỏng vấn và nhận việc sớm.
