**Job description**:
As a QA Leader, you will guide, coordinate and coach the QA & Test team, Advise and assist QA Manager/Head of Tech on status, risks and their resolutions to testing and quality assurance. Acts as the escalation point for all testing related issues.
- Provide hands-on test support when necessary to verify front-end and back-end changes, user workflows, database, API, security, performance, mobile device, browsers.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Effectively collaborate and communicate and build rapport with team members, project stakeholders, business partners and vendors.
- Ensures Quality SLAs met.
- Seeks to continuously improve test processes.
- Implement critical knowledge transfer and communication processes with all teams

**Your skills and experience**:

- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Test Automation, Manual and build up automation Tools.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Solid understanding of Quality Assurance life cycle, methodologies and best practices
- Possess the ability to do high level impact analysis and test approaches for production and maintenance level software changes.
- Building team culture, inspire, motivate others, provide technical guidance and coaching.
- Decision-Making Ability.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
