**Job description**:

- Communicate and discuss directly with the development team to clarify requirements.
- Make estimation of testing effort based on requirements.
- Cooperate with the project leader to make testing schedule/plan/strategy correspond with the development schedule & company process.
- Join & instruct team members in defining test solutions, creating test design, test specification.
- Analyze test result, test metrics and make project quality report
- Manage progress, test execution result, bugs
- Cooperate with project leader to solve issue of progress/quality
- Training new testers
- Provide good feedback to existing testers
- Define the quality of the tests in each project and give solutions.
- Suggest new test method considering clients economic conditions

**Your skills and experience**:
**1. EDUCATION**
- Graduated from College/University in Information Technology/Computer.
- At least **3** years of experience as a leader.

**2. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCES**
- MUST HAVE
- Good technical knowledge in web development methodologies, design and implementation.
- Experience in documenting test cases, bugs and associated reporting.
- Good understanding of the entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks, with great attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and can work independently
- Hands-on experience in building automation frameworks using test automation tools such as Katalon, Cypress, Playwright
- Hands-on experience in usability, browser compatibility, integration, regression, security, performance/load/stress test.
- Practical experience in mobile testing and database testing (Postgresql, MySql,..)
- Good presentation skills and ability to coach new members
- NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with search engines (e.g.: Solr, Elastic search).
- Familiarity with a cloud service (AWS, GCP) and a testing in these environments
- Good to have knowledge of creating and executing automation tests.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Communicate basically in English (writing, reading)
- **Basic writing skills in Japanese (N3) is a priority.**
