**Responsibilities**:
Sales Tasks
- Build relationship with Sales channels.
- Evaluate customer’s needs and provide suitable insurance products.
- Ensure that all service requirements are met internally and externally by coordinating with providers on medicals facilitated and ensure customers are satisfied.
- Maintain and manage good relationships with customers
- Build sales activities plans.
- Strictly abide by the requirements of compliance & internal control on sales activities.
- Report directly to Head of Banca Sales.

Sales Report
- Report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.

**Job Requirements**

Mandatory
- At least 02 years in Insurance / Banking / Finance industry.
- High sense of responsibility & diligence.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred
- Banca experience is preferable
- Diploma, Graduates / MBAs of formal education is desirable.
- Presentation/Training Skills
- Customer Orientation
- Energy, Drive, and Initiative
